Contract
When clients need additional resources but aren’t necessarily looking to take on long-term employees, Bamboo Consulting offers contract-only services to marshal extra resources without adding to your company’s headcount. Our account manager makes it a point to meet with our customers to understand the types of candidates that are best suited for these contract positions. We’ll present a curated list of candidates that meet the job requirements, billable rate, and operational and cultural needs of our clients and allow you to select the best fits for your organization. Some of our most successful placements have come as contracted hires, and many remain in their roles if they’re needed over the long term.
Contract to Hire
The Contract to Hire model is a proven and reliable way for clients and consultants to have the chance to evaluate fit in a new placement. The Contract to Hire model specifies a set period of time when the consultant works at the client site, but is a contracted consultant with Bamboo Consulting. After the evaluation period, the client has the ability to convert the consultant into a full-time employee. We find that this staffing model works extremely well when both parties would benefit from a “trial period” to ensure that it’s a good fit for the client and the consultant.

Our permanent placement services focus intensively on finding the right business and cultural fit for your company.
